Brands and earlier purchases
How do ProviderQMS and NDISCompliant relate?
ProviderQMS and the legacy NDISCompliant brand share Wani Meridian Pty Ltd (ABN 97 701 307 020). Earlier purchases keep their issuer, receipt and accepted terms; a new software purchase does not replace those rights.
What happens to earlier purchases?
Earlier dashboard subscriptions keep their accepted terms and sign-in arrangements. Existing kit purchases and original receipts remain valid. Moving an earlier workspace into the portal is a separate migration process; opening a portal account does not import old saved work automatically. If an original link no longer opens, use GET MY FILES or contact support; do not repurchase to recover it.
Where do I sign in now?
Open the portal for a current account. Request an eight-digit email code valid for 15 minutes, then enter it, or use the supported password option. Earlier dashboard accounts retain their existing sign-in. Purchased documents can be recovered through GET MY FILES.
Which email address should I use?
Use support@providerqms.com.au for support. Keep original receipt emails and check spam when recovering a purchase. Earlier messages may use a different sender; support never needs your sign-in code.
What about receipts and invoices?
Current displayed prices include GST. Use Settings → Billing for current software invoices. Earlier software and kit receipts retain the issuer and terms of their original purchase.
Your documents and access
I bought a kit. What do I own?
Your purchased document files remain yours under the licence accepted at purchase, independently of a software subscription. Recover them using the original purchase email through GET MY FILES. Baseline software policies and specialised purchased kits are distinct.
Where are my workspace records stored?
The current portal saves organisation records on its Sydney application server, with role-controlled access across devices. Unsaved drafts may be local to a tab. Earlier dashboard records may remain in their original browser. See your records and the portal privacy notice.
Is ProviderQMS an auditor?
No. We help you prepare, prove and stay ready. Your auditor decides, and we never promise an audit outcome.
Plans and prices
What documents does a subscription include?
Both plans include a baseline library of 14 policies and procedures, the core quality-work journey and saved weekly readiness reviews. Business adds bulk document preparation, team coordination and management oversight. Specialised document kits are sold separately; a purchased kit remains yours under its licence independently of a software subscription.
What is the current software offer?
Starter A$49/month or A$490/year; Business A$99/month or A$990/year, including GST. Yearly is preferred: pay for ten months and receive twelve. One organisation, no house-count limits. Enterprise by tailored quote. Verify your account, choose a plan and payment frequency, accept the displayed price and automatic renewal terms, then pay through Stripe. Account registration alone does not charge you. There is no free trial for new software plans.
Can I just buy the documents?
Yes. Specialised kits are separate purchases, with access governed by their own licence and sale terms. A software subscription is not required to retain purchased files.
Who do I talk to?
Email support@providerqms.com.au or use our support form. We acknowledge requests within one business day, Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm Melbourne time, excluding Victorian public holidays. An acknowledgement is not a promise that every issue will be resolved that day. Refund-review responses take up to five business days. This is not an emergency service or 24-hour support.
Free resources and account access
Is there a free software trial?
No. A free software trial is not offered. You can use our free resources and practical tools without buying a software subscription. The SIL checklist requires your name and email.
How do I return to my purchased files?
Open GET MY FILES and follow the existing purchase-email sign-in and recovery steps. Earlier customer plans retain their purchased terms.
Billing, refunds and receipts
How do I cancel?
In the portal, open Settings → Billing to update your card, view invoices, cancel future renewal or request a refund. Cancellation needs no support conversation and keeps the period you have paid for. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the accepted frequency until you cancel. Earlier subscriptions retain their existing billing route; see billing help.
What is your refund position?
The 60-day money-back guarantee covers your first annual software purchase. Submit the request in Settings → Billing within 60 days of payment. We review it and respond within five business days; the request date preserves eligibility. Submission does not itself issue a refund. An approved refund returns the full original GST-inclusive payment through Stripe and cancels future renewal. Monthly purchases, renewals and document kits are outside this voluntary guarantee. Australian Consumer Law rights remain. Document kits have separate refund terms, including the existing fix-or-refund promise for written auditor feedback about Standards alignment.
I lost my receipt email
Open GET MY FILES and use its purchase-email recovery process. For current portal sign-in, request a fresh eight-digit code; codes last 15 minutes. Do not share a code with support.
I paid but no email arrived
Check spam and your original purchase email. Use GET MY FILES or the support form above rather than paying again.
