Terms of Sale
Last updated: August 2026
1. Overview
These terms govern the purchase and use of digital products and subscriptions sold by Wani Meridian Pty Ltd (ABN 97 701 307 020), trading as ProviderQMS, through providerqms.com.au. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
ProviderQMS sells digital document packs, including the Complete SIL Kit, containing Microsoft Word (.docx) template files. Products are delivered as downloadable ZIP files immediately after payment. ProviderQMS also offers a workspace subscription — see section 13 below. Document kits are sold separately and are not included in any subscription.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). ProviderQMS is operated by Wani Meridian Pty Ltd (ABN 97 701 307 020), which is registered for GST. All displayed prices are GST-inclusive, and every purchase receives a tax invoice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Prices may change without notice; however, the price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you pay.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately via a download link on the thank-you page and by email to the address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive your download link, please contact us at hq@providerqms.com.au (our mailbox during the name change).
5. Refund Policy
The full policy, including how to request a refund, is at providerqms.com.au/refund. It is the canonical version; the summary below forms part of these terms.
48-hour fix-or-refund guarantee. If written auditor feedback identifies a Standards-alignment issue in one of our documents, send it to us with the feedback. We update that document within 48 hours, or refund you. This is the guarantee shown at checkout and it is the one that governs.
In addition, if you have not yet downloaded the files you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase - email us with your order number and we will process it, no questions asked.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Because the kit is a digital product delivered in full on download, once you have downloaded it a change-of-mind refund is no longer available; instead, we provide 30 days of complimentary email support to help you prepare your documentation. Refunds do not cover audit failure caused by non-implementation or inaccurate customisation. To request a refund or support, email hq@providerqms.com.au (our mailbox during the name change) with your order number. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer guarantees or rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
6. Licence and Use
Upon purchase, you receive a single-organisation licence to use, customise, and print the documents for your NDIS provider organisation. This licence permits you to:
- Modify the documents for your organisation's internal use
- Print copies for staff training, audits, and day-to-day operations
- Store the documents on your organisation's systems
You may not resell, redistribute, or share the documents with other organisations. Each organisation requires its own licence.
7. Disclaimer
The documents provided are templates designed to support NDIS registration and compliance processes. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. ProviderQMS does not guarantee that use of these templates will result in successful NDIS registration or audit outcomes. You should have your specific circumstances reviewed by qualified professionals.
ProviderQMS is not affiliated with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Wani Meridian Pty Ltd's total liability arising from or in connection with the use of our products is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the documents.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at providerqms.com.au/terms.
12. Contact
For questions about these terms, email hq@providerqms.com.au (our mailbox during the name change).
13. ProviderQMS subscriptions (founding members)
Who provides it. Wani Meridian Pty Ltd (ABN 97 701 307 020), trading as ProviderQMS. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST; your receipt is a tax invoice.
What you get. While your subscription is active: access to the ProviderQMS workspace — Home, Assurance, Quality, People, Library, Reports and the Training Centre — with Ethan, the Complaints Management Policy, and updates to the workspace. Document kits are sold separately and are not included in any subscription. A kit you buy loads into your Library while you subscribe, and remains yours as files, with its updates, whether or not you subscribe. Features still being built are described with their expected month and are not part of the promise until released.
New annual-plan enquiries. ProviderQMS presents Starter at A$490 per year and Business at A$990 per year, including GST; Enterprise is by tailored quote. There are no house-count limits. Online annual purchase is not yet open. Your written offer must set out the total price, GST, renewal terms, capabilities and any services before you commit. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed terms.
Term and renewal. Annual (the standard plan) or monthly, as shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term, using the card on file, until you cancel. A term you have already paid for is never re-priced; any price change applies only from a renewal, and we tell you before it applies.
Cancelling. Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the term you have paid for. Our standard refund position (see Refunds) applies, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your documents stay yours. Documents you have loaded or created remain yours after cancellation; exporting them is available while you have access.
What it is not. ProviderQMS supports your quality and compliance system. It is not legal advice, it is not an audit, and it does not certify compliance — those judgements belong to you and your auditor.
Changes. If we change these terms we tell you by email before the change applies. A term you have already paid for is not re-priced by a terms update; any price change applies only from a renewal.
