Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel your renewal in the portal’s Billing area. Paid access continues for the period you have paid for. A founding price is retained only while Membership stays active without a break; if you leave and return, the price at that time applies.

What happens to my documents and data?

Your data stays when a trial or Membership ends. The account returns to Free. Separately purchased kits keep their download and update rights. Bulk downloads of Membership kits unlock on an annual plan or after 3 paid monthly invoices. A refund ends the Membership kit document licence; see the guarantee terms.

Do you guarantee I will pass my audit?

No. We never promise an audit pass. Your service remains responsible for practice, accurate records and meeting applicable requirements. The 60-day money-back guarantee and 48-hour Auditor Feedback Guarantee cover the specific promises in our guarantee terms.

Is it really unlimited staff and houses?

Yes. Each offer covers one organisation, with unlimited staff, SIL houses, sites and users. Membership and Done-For-You differ by how much preparation and support we provide, rather than the size of your organisation.

I already bought a kit. What do I pay?

Join Membership within 60 days of your kit purchase and what you paid for eligible kits is credited against your first Membership payment. Past kit buyers get the same 60-day window from the date we email them the offer. Your exact credit is confirmed before payment. Existing purchased-kit rights continue.

What is included in the free account?

New accounts get 14 days of full Membership features in the portal, without bulk downloads or a card. After that, you return to Free and keep your data. You can choose paid Membership when you are ready.

What happens after the first Done-For-You year?

It renews as Audit-Ready Membership at your locked Membership price. We do not charge the setup again. The first year is A$2,990 paid upfront, or 3 monthly payments of A$1,050 (A$3,150 total). Your renewal terms are shown before payment.
