Does group 0115 mean the same thing as SIL 0138?
No. The current 0115 group covers daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangement other than supported independent living. SIL has its own group, 0138. This scope pack includes an STA service procedure within its 0115 document set.
Do all six service groups have the same audit pathway?
No. The NDIS Commission lists verification for 0108 and 0120, and certification for 0115, 0117, 0125 and 0136. Confirm the requirements for your full registration scope before applying.
Is this a complete new-provider registration kit?
No. It supports scope-variation preparation and the six listed service groups. Check the Core Module system, specialist documents and audit pathway your organisation also needs.
What do I receive?
24 editable Word documents in the Registration Scope Completion Pack. Five scope-variation documents + nineteen service-specific documents, within the 24-document total.
Can I edit these for my organisation?
Yes. Use Microsoft Word or compatible .docx editing software. Keep the originals, customise working copies, and review them before use.
Does the kit guarantee compliance or an audit outcome?
No. Your organisation remains responsible for tailoring, implementing and maintaining its systems. Where an audit applies, the auditor assesses your evidence and practice.
Is A$100 a subscription?
No. It is a one-off A$100 purchase including GST, with a licence for one organisation. ProviderQMS software is a separate optional product.
