No. The SDA Housing & Operations Kit contains 26 documents focused on SDA dwelling records and companion operations. The separate Comprehensive SIL Kit contains 140 documents for Core Module and SIL Module 5A systems.
What is included for SDA housing?
The collection includes dwelling enrolment, design conformity, residency, rent contribution, claiming, vacancy, tenant selection, maintenance, building-safety and inspection documents.
Are current SCHADS pay rates supplied?
No. The documents direct you to check current official pay rates and allowances before use. The kit supplies record and procedure templates, not a current payroll rate schedule.
What do I receive?
26 editable Word documents in the SDA Housing & Operations Kit. 16 SDA documents + 10 companion operational documents. This is separate from the 140-document Comprehensive SIL Kit.
Can I edit these for my organisation?
Yes. Use Microsoft Word or compatible .docx editing software. Keep the originals, customise working copies, and review them before use.
Does the kit guarantee compliance or an audit outcome?
No. Your organisation remains responsible for tailoring, implementing and maintaining its systems. Where an audit applies, the auditor assesses your evidence and practice.
Is A$100 a subscription?
No. It is a one-off A$100 purchase including GST, with a licence for one organisation. ProviderQMS software is a separate optional product. You can buy other kits separately later. Each purchase covers the documents listed for that kit.
