Can I check the quality before I pay?

Does this cover the SIL side as well?
Only where the two meet. The separation documents, the residency agreement and the co-residency policy are written for a provider doing both. The full SIL document set is a different kit — the Complete SIL Compliance Kit — and kits are sold separately.
Why are SCHADS documents in an accommodation kit?
Because SDA dwellings are staffed on rosters that include sleepovers, broken shifts and on-call recall, and the award treatment of those shifts is what payroll and an auditor both ask about. The kit carries the award compliance policy, the classification and pay-rate guide, the rostering procedure, handover and timesheet verification.
Will this guarantee an audit outcome?
No. Your auditor and the NDIS Commission decide outcomes, and no supplier can promise otherwise. What this kit gives you is the documentation and evidence you do control, written so an auditor can follow it.
What is the 48-hour fix-or-refund?
If written auditor feedback identifies a Standards-alignment problem in one of our documents, send it to us. We update that document within 48 hours or refund your purchase, on the terms set out on our refunds page.
