Are these clinical instructions?
No, and they are not written as any. They are the governance and evidence layer around a procedure: who may perform it, who supervises it, what is recorded, how competency is assessed and re-assessed, and what happens when something goes wrong. The clinical content itself belongs to the health practitioner who writes the participant’s plan.
Why are SCHADS documents in a clinical kit?
