Verify your account, choose a plan and payment frequency, accept the displayed price and automatic renewal terms, then pay through Stripe. Account registration alone does not charge you. There is no free trial for new software plans.
In the portal, open Settings → Billing to update your card, view invoices, cancel future renewal or request a refund. Cancellation needs no support conversation and keeps the period you have paid for. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the accepted frequency until you cancel.
The 60-day money-back guarantee covers your first annual software purchase. Submit the request in Settings → Billing within 60 days of payment. We review it and respond within five business days; the request date preserves eligibility. Submission does not itself issue a refund. An approved refund returns the full original GST-inclusive payment through Stripe and cancels future renewal. Monthly purchases, renewals and document kits are outside this voluntary guarantee. Australian Consumer Law rights remain.
A failed renewal receives 14 days of unpaid grace after an already-paid period ends while Stripe retries. After grace, saved records and exports remain available in read-only mode. Unpaid first signups, deliberate cancellations, refunded periods and disputes do not receive this grace.
Both plans include a baseline library of 14 policies and procedures, the core quality-work journey and saved weekly readiness reviews. Business adds bulk document preparation, team coordination and management oversight. Specialised document kits are sold separately; a purchased kit remains yours under its licence independently of a software subscription.
Earlier dashboard release notes
The dated entries below describe the earlier dashboard at the time of release. Earlier trial offers, sign-in links and browser-storage descriptions are historical; they are not the current portal offer. Earlier dashboard subscriptions keep their accepted terms and sign-in arrangements. Existing kit purchases and original receipts remain valid. Moving an earlier workspace into the portal is a separate migration process; opening a portal account does not import old saved work automatically.

Check my documents — for the annual plan
- Upload the policies you already have (Word, PDF or text) and run a check: each one is matched to the current document in your kit and comes back as keep, update or replace, with the specific findings — a superseded citation, an overdue review date, a required element that is missing.
- The report names the documents you have no equivalent for, grouped by module. Every report carries its human-review line, its limitations and its run date.
- The Home screen shows your last check as counts and opens the report.
- Kit documents in the editor open faster on a return visit, and the editor now greets you by your organisation’s name and pre-fills your details from your workspace settings.

- “Buy now” on any kit pays inside the dashboard, and the kit appears in your Library once payment confirms.
- Organisation & settings: legal name, ABN, provider number, registration groups, houses, key people, auditor and audit dates — twenty-two optional fields that flow into your customised documents.
- The Complaints Management Policy is now free for every signed-in visitor, drafted with your details.
- Document kits are sold separately, and every screen now says so. The annual plan is the plan; monthly remains available as a text link.
The 14-day trial · Training Centre · a free draft policy
- The 14-day trial is live: no card, the workspace opens from the thank-you page, and it ends on day 14 unless you keep it.
- Training Centre: seven short walkthroughs of the product, each ending on the screen where you do the thing.
- Ethan offers a first check on a trialist’s first visit.
- Free draft Complaints and Feedback Policy on the website: four questions, an on-screen preview, and the Word file only to the address you type.
- Sign-in links from email now stay valid for 24 hours.
