Check my documents — for the annual plan

  • Upload the policies you already have (Word, PDF or text) and run a check: each one is matched to the current document in your kit and comes back as keep, update or replace, with the specific findings — a superseded citation, an overdue review date, a required element that is missing.
  • The report names the documents you have no equivalent for, grouped by module. Every report carries its human-review line, its limitations and its run date.
  • The Home screen shows your last check as counts and opens the report.
  • Kit documents in the editor open faster on a return visit, and the editor now greets you by your organisation’s name and pre-fills your details from your workspace settings.

Buy a kit inside your Library · Organisation settings · a free policy for everyone

  • “Buy now” on any kit pays inside the dashboard, and the kit appears in your Library once payment confirms.
  • Organisation & settings: legal name, ABN, provider number, registration groups, houses, key people, auditor and audit dates — twenty-two optional fields that flow into your customised documents.
  • The Complaints Management Policy is now free for every signed-in visitor, drafted with your details.
  • Document kits are sold separately, and every screen now says so. The annual plan is the plan; monthly remains available as a text link.

The 14-day trial · Training Centre · a free draft policy

  • The 14-day trial is live: no card, the workspace opens from the thank-you page, and it ends on day 14 unless you keep it.
  • Training Centre: seven short walkthroughs of the product, each ending on the screen where you do the thing.
  • Ethan offers a first check on a trialist’s first visit.
  • Free draft Complaints and Feedback Policy on the website: four questions, an on-screen preview, and the Word file only to the address you type.
  • Sign-in links from email now stay valid for 24 hours.
  • The website loads far less on a phone: clips play only when on screen.

NDISCompliant is now ProviderQMS

  • New name, same team, same documents, same prices. The website, the workspace and checkout carry the new name; old links keep working.
  • Prices on every page are rendered from the payment system, never typed.
