Roadmap — what is coming to ProviderQMS, with its month
Roadmap

What is coming, with its month.

Everything below is labelled: either it carries the month it arrives, or it is under consideration with no partner chosen, no price set and no date fixed. What has already shipped is on What’s new.

October 2026Assurance Calendar and calendar export

  • A calendar generated from your dates — reviews, expiries, audit dates — inside the workspace.
  • Calendar export (.ics) so those dates appear in the calendar you already use.

October 2026Email follow-up reminders

  • Reminders by email on the dates you set, to the owner of the action.
  • Review agendas prepared by Ethan from your dates, for you to confirm.

October 2026Account storage that follows you between devices

  • Workspace records held with your account rather than in one browser, so a second device — or a colleague — sees the same workspace.
  • Until then, export as CSV or JSON before you change device; the security page says where records live today.

October 2026In-product outcome counts

  • “Actions completed this month” and “reviews due in 30 days” on Home — counts from your own records, never a percentage and never a verdict.

Under consideration

Named so you know what we are thinking about. No partner has been chosen, no price is set and no date is fixed for any of these; when one becomes real it moves up this page with its month.

  • Connections to rostering and shift-note systems, so worker and shift records do not need re-typing.
  • Connections to accounting and payroll, for worker records that already live there.
  • Cloud-drive links, so a policy you keep elsewhere can be checked without uploading it by hand.
  • Partner-delivered training inside the Training Centre — the workspace already says “not scheduled yet” in the slot where it would appear.

What works today with what you already use — Word export, CSV and JSON export and import, ZIP downloads, PDF and Word uploads for the document check, print — is on the home page.
