Can I buy the head-lease pack on its own?
No. It ships inside the Complete SIL Compliance Kit, in its own folder, at no extra charge. There is no separate price for it and there is no separate download.
What does “dual role” mean here?
That your organisation is both the landlord of the home and the provider of the supports delivered in it. The pack is written for that arrangement: it separates the tenancy from the service, records that the participant understood what they signed, and gives a route to raise a concern about the home that does not run through the person responsible for the home.
Is this only for head-leased properties?
It is written for the head-lease arrangement, where the provider holds the lease. Several of the documents — the conflict of interest register, the keys and entry register, the money handling procedure, the shared living emergency plan — are useful in any SIL house.
Will this guarantee an audit outcome?
No. Your auditor and the NDIS Commission decide outcomes, and no supplier can promise otherwise. What these documents give you is the evidence you do control, written so an auditor can follow it.
What is the 48-hour fix-or-refund?
If written auditor feedback identifies a Standards-alignment problem in one of our documents, send it to us. We update that document within 48 hours or refund your purchase, on the terms set out on our refunds page.
