Worker checks, incidents, restrictive practices — and Module 5A on the list.
SIL is where the evidence is heaviest: every worker, every restrictive practice record and every incident carries a date, and the supplementary module asks for more of them than the Core Module does. ProviderQMS keeps those dates on one screen, ranked, with the next step prepared. The Complete SIL Kit supplies the documents; the workspace runs them.
No card to start · ends on day 14 unless you keep it · then A$490 a year for up to 3 houses, cancel any time · prices include GST
What tends to go wrong first.
Screening and first-aid dates expire on different days for different workers. Without one list, the first person to notice is the auditor.
The SIL supplementary module asks for evidence beyond the Core Module — house-level records, agreements and reviews that a generic policy folder does not carry.
A reportable incident has a clock. The record of when you became aware, what you did and who decided is what gets read — and it has to be written as it happens.

What you would use in the first month.
- People — every worker, screening and first-aid dates, expiring items surfaced early
- Houses — record a house, who lives there and their stays, with the house obligations listed as information and no date we cannot source
- Quality — incidents with a chronology, the reportability decision kept with a named person
- Assurance — registers, restrictive practice records, actions and evidence
- Library — the Complete SIL Kit loads here when you buy it — customised in one click; sold separately
- Reports — one printable audit briefing to take into the room, with a block per house
- Ethan — answers a question about Module 5A in plain language, limits stated
- Assurance Calendar and calendar export — October
- Email follow-up reminders — October
Document kits are sold separately — the workspace is the subscription, the kits are the documents. See the kits.
A short checklist.
- Each house you run is recorded, with who lives there now and a dated record of the emergency arrangements.
- Every complaint this year has a date, what you did about it, and who closed it.
- Every worker has a screening date and a first-aid date recorded, and nothing expires unnoticed.
- Every restrictive practice in use has its authorisation and review dates recorded.
- Every incident this year has the aware-time, the actions and the reportability decision on the record.
- The SIL supplementary module documents are customised to your organisation and version-dated.
Each of these has a place in the workspace, with an owner and a date. Your first week, step by step.

No card on file — on day 14 it ends and nothing is charged. Workspace records stay on the device you used; any kit you bought stays yours — as files, and in your Library.
