For providers whose paperwork is already good
This is not a criticism of your set. It is arithmetic: a document written in February cannot contain a standard that commenced in July.
Fourteen days, no payment method collected. After that it is — a year or — a month, inclusive of GST, and cancelling stops the next renewal.
“We had all this written properly last year. I don't know what's moved since, and I don't want to find out in the room.”
Your existing work is probably sound. The risk is not that it was bad; it is that it went quietly out of date while you were running the service. Module 5A of the NDIS Practice Standards commenced on 1 July 2026, and it is the part your February set cannot contain.
The Module 5A set is the part that did not exist in a document written before 1 July 2026. The counts come from the shipped file.
These are pages of the actual documents, rendered from the file that is delivered. They are regenerated whenever the kit is re-issued, so a page here cannot show you an edition you would not receive.

The bracketed fields are deliberate: they are the places only you can fill, such as your organisation name, your nominated manager and your review dates.
The Core module of the NDIS Practice Standards is set out in Schedule 1 of the registration rules, which cites itself by clause, not by outcome number. Below is every outcome clause, and whether this kit has a document against it.
A trial that simply ends is never charged. A charge only ever follows a payment method you added and a plan you chose.
Monthly at the end of the current month, annual at the end of the year you paid for, and you keep access until then.
If written feedback from your auditor identifies a Standards-alignment issue in one of our documents, send it to us with that feedback. We update the document within 48 hours, or we refund you.
Nothing here limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If the service is faulty or not as described, the statutory guarantees apply and you are entitled to a remedy.
The mapping document in the proof wall above names the registered instrument it was verified against, and the authorised extract of that instrument ships inside the kit. Check our wording against the source rather than taking ours for it.
No, and we would not advise it. Most sets need a handful replaced and the rest left alone. Send us what you have and we will tell you which is which, including the ones we think you should keep.
It is what keeps the set current after today: when an instrument moves, the documents it touches are re-issued and you are told which of yours changed.
No. The trial collects no payment method, so a trial that simply ends is never charged.
