Your existing work is probably sound. The risk is not that it was bad; it is that it went quietly out of date while you were running the service. Module 5A of the NDIS Practice Standards commenced on 1 July 2026, and it is the part your February set cannot contain.
The Module 5A set is the part that did not exist in a document written before 1 July 2026. The counts come from the shipped file.

The mapping document in the proof wall above names the registered instrument it was verified against, and the authorised extract of that instrument ships inside the kit. Check our wording against the source rather than taking ours for it.
No, and we would not advise it. Most sets need a handful replaced and the rest left alone. Send us what you have and we will tell you which is which, including the ones we think you should keep.
