What if I stop?
Cancel any time. Annual runs to the end of the year you paid for; monthly stops at the end of the current month. Any kit you bought is yours forever — as files, and in your Library whenever you subscribe.
Does the subscription include the document kits?
No. Document kits are sold separately — from A$100. The subscription is the workspace: Home, Assurance, Quality, People, Library, Reports, the Training Centre and Ethan, with the Complaints Management Policy free for everyone. Buy any kit inside your Library and it loads there, ready to customise.
What happens after the trial?
The trial is 14 days with no card. Add a payment method and it continues on the annual plan — A$490 a year, cancel any time. Do nothing and it ends without charge.
Is the price going up?
The price on this page is the current price. A term you have already paid for is never re-priced; any change applies only from a renewal.
Is this an audit?
No. ProviderQMS helps you prepare, prove and stay ready. Your auditor decides. We never promise an audit outcome.
What about GST?
