For multi-module providers
The documents are rarely the problem. The gap between one module and the next, where nobody owns the evidence, is.

“We run three modules and I keep finding things that fall between them. Who owns that evidence?”
Complex providers do not need more documents; they need one evidence system the modules all report into, and an honest statement of where our coverage stops. We will not sell you coverage we do not have.
Same registers, same document control, across every set. The counts come from the shipped file.
These are pages of the actual documents, rendered from the file that is delivered. They are regenerated whenever the kit is re-issued, so a page here cannot show you an edition you would not receive.

The bracketed fields are deliberate: they are the places only you can fill, such as your organisation name, your nominated manager and your review dates.
The Core module of the NDIS Practice Standards is set out in Schedule 1 of the registration rules, which cites itself by clause, not by outcome number. Below is every outcome clause, and whether this kit has a document against it.
We answer within one business day, in writing, to the address you write from. If we cannot help, we say so in that same reply rather than selling you something adjacent.
We will not backdate a record, and we will say so plainly if that is what is being asked. A register with yesterday's date written today is the finding, not the fix.
Nothing here limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
At the modules we have built and verified against the instrument. Where you hold a module we have not built, we say so and quote a custom build rather than implying the kit covers it.
No, and nobody honestly can. The Commission expects the provider's own words. We can map which document answers which question; the answers have to be yours.
No. That is a specialist's work under a different framework. We supply the implementation records around one.
Usually the boundary work: one document-control register instead of three, one evidence map that shows which document answers which outcome, and the re-issue when an instrument moves.
