For providers at the beginning

Just starting? Here's what registration actually needs.

Send us your registration groups and we will map what applies to you, in the order it is needed, rather than sell you a list.

Tell us your registration groups

Write the word GROUPS and we reply within one business day, in writing. There is nothing to pay on this page.

What you actually said

“We're about to start. I don't even know what I don't know — do you also have…?”

The fear here is buying the wrong thing first. Sequence matters more than volume at this stage: the wrong purchase in month one is money spent on documents your audit will not ask for.

If the map points here, this is what arrives

Counted from the shipped file. We would rather tell you this is not the right starting point for your groups than sell it to you.

Real pages, from the file itself

These are pages of the actual documents, rendered from the file that is delivered. They are regenerated whenever the kit is re-issued, so a page here cannot show you an edition you would not receive.

The bracketed fields are deliberate: they are the places only you can fill, such as your organisation name, your nominated manager and your review dates.

How you know nothing is missing

The Core module of the NDIS Practice Standards is set out in Schedule 1 of the registration rules, which cites itself by clause, not by outcome number. Below is every outcome clause, and whether this kit has a document against it.

The guarantee, in full

What we promise about the reply

We answer within one business day, in writing, to the address you write from. If we cannot help, we say so in that same reply rather than selling you something adjacent.

What we will not do

We will not backdate a record, and we will say so plainly if that is what is being asked. A register with yesterday's date written today is the finding, not the fix.

Your statutory rights stand either way

Nothing here limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

The questions people actually ask

I don't know my registration groups yet. Can you still help?

Yes. Tell us what you intend to deliver, in plain words, and we will tell you which groups that maps to before you apply.

Will you just tell me to buy the biggest kit?

No. Several people who have written this exact message were told a smaller pack or nothing at all was the right first purchase for their groups.

What does registration actually require that people miss?

Most new providers assume the documents are the requirement. The documents are the starting point; the registers are what the auditor reads, because a form proves an incident happened and only a register proves what you did about it.

Do I need any of this before I apply?

Applying and being audited are different steps. Tell us where you are and we will say which of the two you are actually preparing for.
