No. A record created today and dated yesterday is the finding, not the fix. What we can do is help you describe accurately what happened, when it was recorded, and what you are doing about the gap — which is the answer auditors accept.

Will you try to sell me something in the reply?

No. The reply answers the question you asked. If there is something that would help afterwards, that conversation happens afterwards.

What if I am not a customer?

Write anyway. We have answered this question for people who never bought anything.

How fast, really?

Within one business day, in writing. We do not promise same-day, because we will not promise something we cannot hold to on every day of the week.
