Website Terms of Use

1 Scope

These terms explain permitted use of ProviderQMS public websites supplied by Wani Meridian Pty Ltd, ABN 97 701 307 020. Purchases and workspace services are governed by the terms accepted with the order and the relevant service policies. Merely browsing does not activate a subscription or authorise payment.

2 Content and intellectual property

Website text, images, design and resources are owned by us or used under licence, except where a third-party source is identified. You may view and use content for its stated purpose. Downloaded kits, samples and third-party materials carry their applicable licences. Do not sell or distribute our reusable material without permission. Statutory rights and copyright exceptions remain unaffected.

3 Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, introduce malicious material or obtain another person’s account information. Do not misrepresent an endorsement or use the site to facilitate unlawful conduct. Any testing beyond ordinary authorised use must be agreed with us and any relevant third-party owner.

4 Information and links

Content supports understanding and preparation; it is not legal, clinical or audit advice. Check current sources and your circumstances before relying on date-sensitive information. The Service Disclaimer and AI Disclosure explain these limits.

Links to third-party websites are provided for reference. Those sites operate under their own terms and privacy arrangements. A link does not imply endorsement or transfer responsibility for their content to us.

5 Availability and demonstrations

Access can be interrupted for maintenance, faults or other reasons. Contact us if this affects a purchased service; your contractual and statutory remedies remain available. Fictional demonstrations and preview editions are labelled and do not establish live delivery, account access or production performance.

6 Privacy and contact

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie and Tracking Notice explain personal information and tracking. Contact hq@providerqms.com.au about the site, a content error or these terms.

7 Changes and law

We identify material changes to these terms by version. A website update does not retrospectively change an accepted purchase, remove a prior binding promise or exclude a statutory right. Victorian law applies, subject to mandatory applicable law and forums. Nothing prevents an available tribunal, regulator or statutory complaint process.
