Referral and Partner Participation Policy

1 No automatic public reward programme
A recommendation, introduction or link to ProviderQMS does not automatically create a commission, credit or other reward. No paid referral arrangement takes effect unless ProviderQMS and the participant agree its terms in writing before the activity. This policy does not advertise an available public reward offer.
2 Auditor independence
A person or organisation acting as, employed by or otherwise affiliated with an Approved Quality Auditor under the NDIS Practice Standards is not eligible for a paid ProviderQMS referral arrangement. A referral must never be connected to an audit finding, certification, registration or regulatory outcome.
3 Other conflicts and eligibility
Other proposed participants are assessed for conflicts, applicable professional obligations and the interests of people receiving care. Support-coordination or other professional status does not by itself establish eligibility. Do not use participant information, pressure a participant’s choice or imply that buying our product is necessary for access to a service.
4 Written agreement required
Any approved arrangement must identify the parties, eligible activity, reward if any, attribution, payment trigger, treatment of cancellations or refunds, tax, disclosures, duration and termination. Without that agreement there is no promise of a reward. Only authorised ProviderQMS representatives may approve an arrangement.
5 Communications and claims
Do not make unsupported performance, compliance or audit-outcome claims, represent yourself as ProviderQMS or contact people on our behalf without authority. Disclose a financial or other material connection where required. Marketing, privacy and platform rules apply to the activity.
6 Concerns and ending an arrangement
Report a conflict or suspected misuse to hq@providerqms.com.au. An individually agreed arrangement governs suspension, termination and any accrued rights. We may require unauthorised representations to cease. This policy does not withdraw a valid existing agreement or entitlement.
