1 What ProviderQMS provides

ProviderQMS supplies editable document kits and software to support quality management, organisation of work and evidence. Content is general information and templates for adaptation. It must be checked against your organisation’s actual services, jurisdiction and circumstances before use.

2 Your professional and operational decisions

Our products are not a substitute for legal, clinical, financial or independent audit advice. Your authorised people remain responsible for service delivery, document approval, statutory reporting, participant safety and lawful decision-making. Obtain appropriate professional advice when your circumstances require it.

A template is not evidence that a procedure was implemented. Fictional demonstrations, worked examples and AI-generated drafts must not be presented as records of events that did not occur.

3 Registration and audits

ProviderQMS is not an Approved Quality Auditor and does not conduct certification audits. Preparation tools and self-assessment features do not certify compliance. We do not guarantee registration, certification, an audit pass or another regulatory outcome. An outcome depends on your implementation, the evidence and the decisions of the relevant auditor or regulator.

4 Independence

ProviderQMS is independent of, and is not endorsed, sponsored by or affiliated with, the NDIA or NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. References to their names, requirements or resources identify the subject matter and do not imply endorsement. Third-party names and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights.

5 Sources and AI

Regulatory information can change. Check the date, applicable service scope and current authoritative source before relying on it. Ethan’s outputs can contain errors; the AI Disclosure explains the need for review. A citation alone does not establish that an interpretation is correct for your organisation.

6 Your rights

This disclaimer does not remove our responsibility to provide what you purchased, our express customer promises or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Australian Consumer Law and applicable agreements govern available remedies. Contact hq@providerqms.com.au if you believe a product is inaccurate, faulty or not as described.
