Copyright and Digital Document Licence

1 Ownership

ProviderQMS software, templates, written material and branding are owned by Wani Meridian Pty Ltd or used under licence, except for third-party material identified in the content. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. A purchase supplies permission to use the relevant material; it does not transfer its underlying ownership.

2 Your purchased kit licence

When you purchase a document kit, you receive a non-exclusive single-organisation licence to use, adapt, store and print the supplied files for the organisation identified in your order. You may use the documents in your organisation’s operations, staff training and audit preparation. Keeping and using those purchased files does not require an active ProviderQMS workspace subscription.

You may provide relevant copies to your staff and professional advisers for your organisation’s work, and to an auditor or regulator where needed. They must not use the material as a reusable kit for another organisation. Participant-facing documents may be given to the people for whom they are prepared as part of your service.

You may not resell, publicly distribute, sublicense or provide the reusable kit to another organisation without our written permission. Each purchasing organisation needs its own licence unless an individually agreed licence says otherwise. Statutory rights and copyright exceptions remain unaffected.

3 Your records and adaptations

You retain your rights in the information and original material you add. Our underlying template content remains subject to this licence. We do not claim ownership of your participant records, workforce information or organisation-specific decisions. Adaptation does not authorise resale of the underlying kit.

4 Subscription and updates

An optional workspace subscription covers the software services stated in your order. Its cancellation does not revoke your purchased kit licence or remove an update entitlement or other binding benefit promised at purchase. Free samples and separately licensed third-party resources carry their stated terms.

5 Third-party material and branding

Observe the notices and licence conditions attached to third-party extracts, photographs, fonts and other resources. The ProviderQMS name and branding must not be used to suggest an endorsement or partnership without permission. References to NDIS bodies describe the service context and do not suggest their endorsement.

6 Infringement enquiries

Email hq@providerqms.com.au with a description of the work, its location and the basis of your concern. We will assess the report and seek the information needed to address it.
