Accessibility Statement
Version 1.1 · Effective 12 September 2026
1 Our approach
ProviderQMS aims to make its websites, software and document resources usable by people with different access needs. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a target for digital accessibility. This target is not a claim of completed conformance testing across the whole service.
2 Reading and navigation
Our design work prioritises readable text, clear headings, sufficient contrast, keyboard access and understandable controls. Available reading controls and document formats vary by page and product. A readable design or an automated check alone does not prove that every user journey is accessible.
3 Current limits
We have not established a complete independent WCAG 2.2 AA assessment covering every public page, workspace function, legacy article, downloadable file and third-party checkout. Some older content and external components may present barriers. We review reported problems and prioritise improvements based on their impact.
We do not present planned Easy Read summaries or alternative formats as already available. Contact us to discuss the specific material and format you need.
4 Request help or another format
Email hq@providerqms.com.au. Tell us the page or document, the barrier and your preferred way to receive the information. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or a suitable alternative, taking account of the material and request.
5 Feedback and improvement
Accessibility feedback is handled under our Complaints and Feedback Policy. We use it to identify practical changes and explain the next step. The involvement of an external provider does not prevent you raising the problem with us. This statement does not limit rights under applicable discrimination or consumer law.
