How this calculation works
Weekly cost = base wage × (1 + on-cost percentage) × paid hours + weekly overheads. Divide by billable hours for the cost per billable hour. Utilisation = billable hours ÷ paid hours. Keep the same staff scope and time period for every input.
What the model does not tell you
Defaults are fictional, not award rates or an NDIS fee. Actual wages, penalties, superannuation and other obligations need current verification. This simple model does not include every service-specific cost or determine whether an item is claimable.
